Robin & Monica's Last Minute Reminders

Hi all McIntyre/Stevenson/reunion-90th birthday celebration participants! Things are fast coming together for the big bash on Saturday and the little bash on Sunday. Thanks to all of you who have sent checks, and to those who have offered to bring food. We are not going to go hungry. What we still need are things like sliced tomatoes and onions, relish, sliced cheese (for cheeseburgers)bags of chips, salsa, bags of ice & coolers, watermelon. If possible, please let me know what you are bringing.

I will supply bottled water, but remember you are bringing whatever else you want to drink (alcohol not allowed in the shelter, but the Schrage cabin will have beer; it is allowed at the cabins and on the decks, so feel free to bring what you wish, just consume it at the cabins). For your comfort, if you can, bring folding chairs and insect repellent. Also, extra sets of BBQ tools would be helpful. Now, everyone, pray, hope, cross fingers, dance or whatever to assure good weather! Safe travel and see you soon. Robin

Official start time for Saturday is 2pm. We will be located at Algonkian Regional Park in Cabins 1 thru 5, Cabin 8, and Shelter #2. We hope to serve main meal at 4ish. Please refer to the Algonkian web-site (www.NVRPA.org) for directions, or to the McIntyre-Stevenson blog. I can be reached on my cell phone at 207-332-8012. On Sunday we will be at brunch from 9:30am until 1:30pm, in the Common Room at Robin and Bill's condo. Maps to get there will be available to you on Saturday at the picnic. Robin's address is 20804 Noble Terrace and the entrance is off Algonkian Parkway.

For any of you who are arriving on Friday, we plan to hang out at the cabins in the Park Friday evening...probably fix pizzas from Costco and salads. Would love to see anyone who's around that night. If you let us know when you are arriving we'll plan on you.

Last, but not least, could you please let me know by the end of the day June 20, if you plan to play golf either Saturday or Sunday morning? I need to give up the tee times if we aren't going to use them.
